Section 724.981 Definitions
As used in this Subpart CC, all terms will have the meaning given to them in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 725.981; section 1004 of the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (42 USC 6903), incorporated by reference in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 720.111; and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 720 through 726.
