Section 807.212  Permit Revocation

Violation of any permit conditions or failure to comply with any rule or regulation of this Part shall be grounds for sanctions as provided in the Act, including revocation of permit.  Such sanctions shall be sought by filing a complaint with the Board pursuant to Title VIII of the Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 1046 - 1051).
