Section 811.508  Geomembranes

The CQA officer shall exercise professional judgement to certify the following:

a)         The bedding material contains no undesirable objects;

b)         The placement plan has been followed;

c)         The anchor trench and backfill are constructed to prevent damage to the geomembrane;

d)         All tears, rips, punctures, and other damage are repaired; and

e)         All geomembrane seams are properly constructed and tested in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
