a)         The following aquifer exemptions have been approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

 

b)         Siloam pool located in Township 2 South, Range 4 West in Brown County consisting of:

 

1)         SE/4 SE/4 of Section 7; and

 

2)         S/2 NE/4 and S/2 of Section 8; and

 

3)         SW/4 SE/4 and SW/4 of Section 9; and
