SECTION 1316.10 DEFINITIONS
Section 1316.10 Definitions
"Act" means the Music Therapy Licensing and Practice Act [225 ILCS 56].
"Board" means the Music Therapy Advisory Board.
"Department" means the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation of the State of Illinois.
"Director" means the Director of the Division of Professional Regulation with the authority delegated by the Secretary.
"Division" means the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of Professional Regulation.
"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
