Section 123.100  General Description

This Part implements the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program Act [215 ILCS 170] that authorizes the Department to administer an insurance program to offer uninsured children in Illinois access to health insurance.  The Department shall provide health benefits coverage to eligible individuals through purchasing or providing health care benefits.
