AN ACT concerning education.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
34-85d as follows:
|
(105 ILCS 5/34-85d new) |
Sec. 34-85d. Teacher evaluation; copies. Notwithstanding |
any other provision of law to the contrary, the school district |
shall provide all copies of teacher evaluations to the |
exclusive bargaining representative of the school district's |
teachers within 7 days after issuing the evaluations.
