AN ACT concerning regulation.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is |
amended by changing Sections 63 and 98 as follows:
|

Sec. 63. Audits by the Auditor General. The Auditor General |
shall annually cause an audit to be made of the Program on or |
before June 30, 2022 and every 3 years thereafter , beginning |
June 30, 2008 and each June 30th thereafter. The audit shall |
include payments for health services covered by the Program and |
contracts entered into by the Department in relation to the |
Program.
