AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 3. House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General Assembly |
is amended, if and only if that bill becomes law, by adding |
Section 99 as follows:

(H.B. 1175, 102nd G.A., Sec. 99 new)
|
Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General |
Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this |
amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly (House Bill 722 |
of the 102nd General Assembly).

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law. |
