    AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (225 ILCS 720/1.04 rep.)
    Section 5.  The Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and
Reclamation Act is amended by repealing Section 1.04.

    Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
