AN ACT in relation to highways.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by
changing Section 6-315 as follows:
(605 ILCS 5/6-315) (from Ch. 121, par. 6-315)
Sec. 6-315. An entry in the records, ledger, or official
minute book of the district clerk, stating that there has
been a dedication of a public highway according to statutory
requirements or a certified copy of such record and papers,
relating to laying out, alteration, widening or vacation of
any township or district road shall be prima facie evidence
in all cases that there was a dedication of a public highway
and that the dedication complied with all statutory
requirements, regardless of whether supporting records or
documentation of the dedication is available all the
necessary antecedent provisions have been complied with, and
that the action of the highway commissioner or other persons
and officers, in regard thereto, was regular in all respects.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
