    AN ACT concerning consumer fraud.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  5.  The  Consumer  Fraud  and Deceptive Business
Practices Act is amended by adding Section 10c as follows:

    (815 ILCS 505/10c new)
    Sec.  10c.  Waiver  or  modification.   Any   waiver   or
modification  of  the rights, provisions, or remedies of this
Act shall be void and unenforceable.
