    AN ACT concerning State designations.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  5.  The  State  Designations  Act  is amended by
adding Section 80 as follows:

    (5 ILCS 460/80 new)
    Sec. 80.  State  snackfood.  Popcorn  is  designated  the
official State snackfood of the State of Illinois.
