AN ACT concerning real property.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. A corrective deed, to replace one previously |
recorded and authorized in Public Act 92-532, Section 93, is |
necessary to remedy certain errors in the grantee's name and |
therefore, the Secretary of the Department of Transportation is |
authorized to convey by corrective deed all right, title, and |
interest in and to the following described land in Coles |
County, Illinois to Mile Stones Midwest, Inc. |
