    AN ACT concerning education.

 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:

 
    Section 5. The Interagency Coordinating Council Act is 
amended  by changing Section 5 as follows:
 



    (20 ILCS 3970/5)  (from Ch. 127, par. 3835)



    Sec. 5. Annual Report. On or before March 1 of each year, 
the Council shall
make a written report to the Governor and the 
General Assembly on its
activities for the preceding fiscal 
year.  The report shall also include its
recommendations for 
administrative or legislative policies and programs which
will 
enhance the delivery of transition services. In the 2007 
report, the Council shall include recommendations for 
expanding the recruitment of students and school personnel into 
programs that provide the coursework for Learning Behavioral 
Specialist II-Transition Specialist certification.
