AN ACT concerning professional regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 1. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |
Sections 4.19b and 4.29 as follows:

Sec. 4.19b. Act Acts repealed on January 1, 2009 and |
December 31, 2009. |
(a) The following Act is repealed on January 1, 2009: |
The Interpreters for the Deaf Act. |
(b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2009: |
The Structural Pest Control Act.
