AN ACT concerning professional regulation.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and
|
Audiology Practice Act is amended by changing Section 14.5 as |
follows:
|

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)

Sec. 14.5. Deposit of fees and fines. All Beginning July 1, |
1995, all of the
fees and
fines collected under this Act shall |
be deposited into the General Professions
Dedicated Fund, with |
the exception of the Hearing Instrument Consumer
Protection Fee |
provided for in subsection (b-5) of Section 14, which shall be
|
deposited into the Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and |
Discipline Fund
administered by the Department of Public |
Health. On December 1 of each year, the Department shall |
transfer from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the |
Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and Discipline Fund an |
amount equal to all the fees collected under subsection (b-5) |
of Section 14 of this Act since the previous December 1.
