AN ACT concerning finance.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act is amended |
by changing Section 3 as follows:
|
(30 ILCS 705/3) (from Ch. 127, par. 2303)
|
Sec. 3. Application. Except as otherwise provided by this |
Section,
all grant funds are subject to the provisions of this |
Act. This Act does
not empower any grantor agency to make |
grants.
|
This Act does not apply to grant funds that are granted |
without limitation
or condition imposed by law, other than the |
general limitation that such
funds be used for public purposes.
|
This Act does not apply to funds disbursed pursuant to a |
statutory formula
for distribution.
|
This Act does not apply to grants made pursuant to Sections |
1.25 and 3.31
of "An Act making appropriations to various |
agencies", Public Act 84-110,
approved July 25, 1985. |
This Act does not apply to funds disbursed pursuant to a |
contract between the Department of Transportation and any other |
highway authority for the purposes set forth in Section 4-409 |
of the Illinois Highway Code or any airport owner, operator, or |
controller as set forth in Section 34 of the Illinois |
