AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is |
amended by adding Section 1-23 as follows:

(20 ILCS 801/1-23 new) |
Sec. 1-23. Joel D. Brunsvold Building. The Illinois |
Department of Natural Resources Building located at One Natural |
Resources Way in Springfield, Illinois shall be known as the |
Joel D. Brunsvold Building.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
