AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is amended |
by adding Section 11.1 as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 505/11.1 new) |
Sec. 11.1. Department employees; restrictions. No person |
may be employed by the Department who has been declared a |
sexually dangerous person under the Sexually Dangerous Persons |
Act or convicted of committing or attempting to commit any of |
the offenses described in subsection (b) of Section 4.2 of the |
Child Care Act of 1969.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
