AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. "AN ACT concerning local government", approved | ||||
December 28, 2012, Public Act 97-1138, is amended by adding | ||||
Section 99 as follows: | ||||
