    AN ACT concerning pie.
  
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
    Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended  by adding 
Section 100 as follows:
 
    (5 ILCS 460/100 new)
    Sec. 100. State pie. Pumpkin pie is designated the official 
State pie of the State of Illinois.
