| 7 | | Sec. 8. Multistate Registration and Filing Portal. The |
| 8 | | Attorney General may become a member of the Multistate |
| 9 | | Registration and Filing Portal, Inc. For purposes of this |
| 10 | | Section, "Multistate Registration and Filing Portal, Inc." |
| 11 | | means an independent tax-exempt nonprofit corporation formed |
| 12 | | to develop and operate a multistate online system that will |
| 13 | | allow nonprofit organizations and their professional |
| 14 | | fundraisers to comply with all states' charity registration and |
| 15 | | annual filing requirements through a single online portal |
| 16 | | without duplication of data entry.
