| 3 | inserting immediately below line 22 the following:

| 4 | "Section 15. Notice by employees. If an employee observes | ||||||
| 5 | the presence of bedbugs at the employee's place of employment, | ||||||
| 6 | the employee shall notify his or her employer of the presence | ||||||
| 7 | of bedbugs. The notification shall be made to the employee's | ||||||
| 8 | immediate supervisor.".
