AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 426

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 426 as follows:

on page 2, line 11, after "Security", by inserting ", the Homeland Security Investigations agency of the Department of Homeland Security,"; and

on page 2, line 11, by deleting "includes"; and

on page 2, line 16, by replacing "facilities" with "entities"; and

on page 2, line 18, by replacing "that have entered into" with "acting pursuant to"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 22 through 24 with: "a warrant and appropriate personnel have reviewed that warrant:"; and

on page 2, line 25, by replacing "Schools," with "State-funded schools,"; and

on page 3, line 4, by replacing "Medical" with "State-funded medical"; and

on page 3, by deleting lines 9 and 10.
