| 3 | | on page 38, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the |

| 5 | | "(I) Fees. The fee imposed by the circuit court |
| 6 | | clerk and the Department of State Police shall comply |
| 7 | | with paragraph (1) of subsection (d) of this Section."; |

| 9 | | on page 38, by replacing line 24 with the following: |
| 10 | | "petitioner, State's Attorney, or the Department of State |
| 11 | | Police may file a motion to vacate, modify, or"; and

| 12 | | by deleting line 26 on page 39 through line 1 on page 40.
