| 3 | | replacing lines 2 through 8 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(g) A public agency or entity, including officers and |
| 5 | | employees, any health care professionals, and any hospital and |
| 6 | | its employees providing services to victims of sexual assault |
| 7 | | may not be held civilly or criminally liable or subject to |
| 8 | | professional discipline for damages arising from the release of |
| 9 | | information or the failure to release information related to |
| 10 | | statewide sexual assault evidence kit tracking system, except |
| 11 | | for acts or omissions of willful and wanton misconduct.".
