| 5 | | Dependency Act is amended by adding Section 5-11 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 5-11. Rate review; residential substance abuse |
| 8 | | treatment providers. Within 30 days after the effective date of |
| 9 | | this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, the |
| 10 | | Department shall complete a comprehensive rate review of all |
| 11 | | residential substance abuse treatment providers who submitted |
| 12 | | a request for a review and consolidation of American Society of |
| 13 | | Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level III.5 rates in State fiscal |
| 14 | | year 2017 and whose requests for a review were denied.
