| 5 | | of 1984 is amended by adding Section 8A-21 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 8A-21. Mothers' lactation and wellness room. The |
| 8 | | Architect of the Capitol, in conjunction with the Board of the |
| 9 | | Office of the Architect of the Capitol and the Secretary of |
| 10 | | State, shall designate at least one mothers' lactation and |
| 11 | | wellness room in each building located in the Capitol complex. |
| 12 | | The design and specifications of the room shall comply with the |
| 13 | | recommendations of the American Institute of Architects.".
