| 4 | | "Section 5. The Legislative Commission Reorganization Act |
| 5 | | of 1984 is amended by adding Section 8A-21 as follows:

| 6 | | (25 ILCS 130/8A-21 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 8A-21. Mothers' lactation and wellness room. The |
| 8 | | Architect of the Capitol, in conjunction with the Board of the |
| 9 | | Office of the Architect of the Capitol and the Secretary of |
| 10 | | State, shall designate at least one mothers' lactation and |
| 11 | | wellness room in the State Capitol Building, the Howlett |
| 12 | | Building, and the Stratton Building. The design and |
| 13 | | specifications of the rooms shall comply with the |
| 14 | | recommendations of the American Institute of Architects.
