Makes appropriations for personnel-related expenditures for various state agencies.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as is necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the following agencies from the General Revenue Fund for the purpose of making personnel-related payments for employees of the State, including but not limited to personal services, social security and Medicare contributions, retirement contributions, group health insurance contributions, and extra help:
