| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended |
| 5 | | by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)

| 8 | | Sec. 20. Report. On or before January 15, 2018 June 30, |
| 9 | | 2017, the Human Trafficking Task Force shall report its |
| 10 | | findings and recommendations to the General Assembly, by filing |
| 11 | | copies of its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the General |
| 12 | | Assembly Organization Act, and to the Governor.
