AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1853 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1853 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended  
5by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:
 
6    (20 ILCS 5085/20)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)

8    Sec. 20. Report. On or before January 15, 2018 June 30, 
92017, the Human Trafficking Task Force shall report its 
10findings and recommendations to the General Assembly, by filing 
11copies of its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the General 
12Assembly Organization Act, and to the Governor.
