Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Repeals a section creating the Support Your Neighbor Commission. Makes conforming changes to the Department of Natural Resources Act, the State Parks Act, and the Historic Preservation Agency Act.
