| 3 | | 10, after "Hospital.", by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit the |
| 5 | | University of Illinois Hospital or a member of the University |
| 6 | | of Illinois Hospital's medical staff from recommending an |
| 7 | | alternate provider, coordinating an appropriate transfer, or |
| 8 | | arranging access to care services that best meets the needs of |
| 9 | | an individual patient."; and

| 10 | | on page 1, line 17, after "hospital.", by inserting the |
| 11 | | following: |
