| 3 | | 10, after "Hospital.", by inserting "Nothing in this Section |
| 4 | | shall be construed to prohibit the University of Illinois |
| 5 | | Hospital or a member of the University of Illinois Hospital's |
| 6 | | medical staff from recommending an alternate provider, |
| 7 | | coordinating an appropriate transfer, or arranging access to |
| 8 | | care services that best meets the needs of an individual |
| 9 | | patient."; and

| 10 | | on page 1, line 17, after "hospital.", by inserting "Nothing in |
| 11 | | this Section shall be construed to prohibit a hospital or a |
| 12 | | member of the hospital's medical staff from recommending an |
| 13 | | alternate provider, coordinating an appropriate transfer, or |
| 14 | | arranging access to care services that best meets the needs of |
| 15 | | an individual patient.".
