| 3 | | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | | "Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 21 and 4d as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 21. Prohibitions. Only materials manufactured in the |
| 8 | | United States may be sold on the property of the Illinois State |
| 9 | | Museum. As used in this Section, "materials manufactured in the |
| 10 | | United States" means assembled articles, materials, or |
| 11 | | supplies for which design, final assembly, processing, |
| 12 | | packaging, testing, or other process that adds value, quality, |
| 13 | | or reliability occurred in the United States.

| 14 | | Section 10. The State Parks Act is amended by adding |
| 15 | | Section 4d as follows:

| 2 | | Sec. 4d. Prohibited sales. Only materials manufactured in |
| 3 | | the United States may be sold in gift shops or concession areas |
| 4 | | within State parks or parkways. As used in this Section, |
| 5 | | "materials manufactured in the United States" means assembled |
| 6 | | articles, materials, or supplies for which design, final |
| 7 | | assembly, processing, packaging, testing, or other process |
| 8 | | that adds value, quality, or reliability occurred in the United |
| 9 | | States.

| 10 | | Section 15. The Historic Preservation Agency Act is amended |
| 11 | | by adding Section 36 as follows:

| 12 | | (20 ILCS 3405/36 new) |
| 13 | | Sec. 36. Prohibitions. Only materials manufactured in the |
| 14 | | United States may be sold on the property of State Historic |
| 15 | | Sites, State Memorials, and the other properties over which the |
| 16 | | Historic Preservation Agency has jurisdiction under Section 6 |
| 17 | | of this Act. As used in this Section, "materials manufactured |
| 18 | | in the United States" means assembled articles, materials, or |
| 19 | | supplies for which design, final assembly, processing, |
| 20 | | packaging, testing, or other process that adds value, quality, |
| 21 | | or reliability occurred in the United States.".
