| 4 | on page 5, immediately below line 13, by inserting the | ||||||

| 6 | "Section 30. Civil immunity. Except for wilful or wanton | ||||||
| 7 | misconduct, no public college shall be civilly liable for | ||||||
| 8 | admitting an applicant pursuant to the provisions of this | ||||||
| 9 | Act.".
