1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3400

2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3400, on page 1,

3 line 17, after the semicolon, by inserting "however, the

4 corporate authorities of a municipality may bill for unpaid

5 amounts that were billed to a customer before the effective

6 date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly for

7 service that was supplied to the customer before January 1,

8 2016;"; and

9 on page 3, line 2, after the semicolon, by inserting "however,

10 the public water district may bill for unpaid amounts that were

11 billed to a customer before the effective date of this

12 amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly for service that

13 was supplied to the customer before January 1, 2016;"; and

14 on page 4, line 10, after the semicolon, by inserting "however,

15 the water service district may bill for unpaid amounts that

16 were billed to a customer before the effective date of this

3 on page 8, line 18, by replacing "customer." with "customer;

4 however, the water authority may bill for unpaid amounts that

5 were billed to a customer before the effective date of this

6 amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly for service that

7 was supplied to the customer before January 1, 2016."; and

8 on page 13, line 4, by replacing "customer." with "customer;

9 however, the water commission may bill for unpaid amounts that

10 were billed to a customer before the effective date of this

11 amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly for service that

12 was supplied to the customer before January 1, 2016.".
