| 5 | | cadaver under Section 15 of this Act may not transfer a |
| 6 | | decedent's remains in a manner not authorized by this Act."; |

| 8 | | on page 7, line 6, after "Department.", by inserting "Under no |
| 9 | | circumstances is the harvesting and sale of body parts allowed, |
| 10 | | including after any medical, mortuary, or other sciences |
| 11 | | research has concluded.".
