| 8 | | Sec. 3-29.11. Southwestern Illinois College dual credit |
| 9 | | program. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Act to the |
| 10 | | contrary, East St. Louis School District 189 is encouraged to |
| 11 | | allow students in grades 11 and 12 to take classes at |
| 12 | | Southwestern Illinois College for dual credit at no cost to the |
| 13 | | student.".
