| 3 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 17 through 22 with the following:

| 4 | | "(2) Beginning after the effective date of this amendatory |
| 5 | | Act of the 100th General Assembly, the Illinois Department of |
| 6 | | Public Health shall provide the State Treasurer with data from |
| 7 | | Illinois birth records for each baby born in Illinois. All such |
| 8 | | information shall be provided on a quarterly basis within 30 |
| 9 | | days of the end of each quarter. The information provided shall |
| 10 | | be strictly confidential and shall not be subject to release |
| 11 | | under the Freedom of Information Act."; and

| 12 | | on page 3, by deleting lines 3 through 8.
