| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3922, on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 3 through 9 with "greenhouse gas emissions |
| 4 | | nationally and internationally. The goals of the task force are |
| 5 | | to investigate and provide recommendations on municipal |
| 6 | | initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in a manner that |
| 7 | | protects the environment and public health, to promote economic |
| 8 | | development through recycling, and to calculate greenhouse gas |
| 9 | | reductions based on recycling and composting."; and

| 10 | | on page 3, line 1, by replacing "13" with "15"; and
|
| 11 | | on page 3, by replacing line 18 with the following: |

| 13 | | (7) one person appointed by the Director of the |
