AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4226 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4226 as follows:


 
3on page 10, by replacing lines 17 through 22 with the 
4following:    
5    "The district superintendent or the superintendent's 
6designee in the case of a public elementary or secondary 
7school, the chief school administrator or that person's 
8designee in the case of a charter school, or the appropriate"; 
9and
 
10on page 13, by replacing lines 3 through 8 with the following:


11"subsection (h) to the district superintendent or the 
12superintendent's designee in the case of a public elementary or 
13secondary school, the chief school administrator or that 
14person's designee in the case of a charter school, or the"; and

 
15on page 14, by replacing lines 5 through 11 with the following:
