| 6 | | Practice Act of 1987, the Illinois Physical Therapy Act, or the |
| 7 | | Naprapathic Practice Act engage in practice under one of those |
| 8 | | Acts; a business owned by a sole licensed massage therapist; or |
| 9 | | a cosmetology or esthetics salon registered under the Barber, |
| 10 | | Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act |
| 11 | | of 1985.".
