| 9 | | Responder Mental Health Awareness Day, to be observed |
| 10 | | throughout the State as a day to honor firefighters, police |
| 11 | | officers, and other first responders who have lost their lives |
| 12 | | due to and suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, |
| 13 | | depression, and other mental health issues.".
