| 12 | | assist the Task Force and provide administrative support, but
|
| 13 | | shall have no hand in guiding its direction or ascertaining its
|
| 14 | | results. |
| 15 | | (c) The Task Force shall meet quarterly and report its
|
| 16 | | findings to the General Assembly and the appropriate
|

| 2 | | (d) The Task Force shall submit its final report to the

| 6 | | Section shall be filed with the Clerk of the House of |
| 7 | | Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate in electronic |
| 8 | | form only, in the manner that the Clerk and the Secretary shall |
| 9 | | direct.
