| 3 | | on page 3, by replacing lines 14 through 17 with "at which such |
| 4 | | notice may be given. The failure of a public body to post on |
| 5 | | its website notice of any meeting or the agenda of any meeting |
| 6 | | shall not invalidate any meeting or any actions taken at a |
| 7 | | meeting, unless the failure was the result of bad faith on the |
| 8 | | part of the public body."; and

| 9 | | on page 10, line 11, after the period, by inserting "In |
| 10 | | determining what amount of attorney's fees is reasonable, the |
| 11 | | court shall consider the degree to which the relief obtained |
| 12 | | relates to the relief sought.".
