| 5 | | on page 1, immediately below line 10, by inserting the |

| 8 | | Sec. 195. Day of the Horse. The fifth day of March of each |
| 9 | | year shall be designated as the Day of the Horse, to be |
| 10 | | observed throughout the State as a day to encourage citizens to |
| 11 | | honor and celebrate the role of equines in the history and |
| 12 | | character of Illinois, and to recognize the benefits of the |
| 13 | | equine industry to the economy, agriculture, tourism, and |
| 14 | | quality of life in Illinois.".
