| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 34-85d as follows:
|
| 6 | | (105 ILCS 5/34-85d new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 34-85d. Teacher evaluation; copies. Notwithstanding |
| 8 | | any other provision of law to the contrary, the school district |
| 9 | | shall provide all copies of teacher evaluations to the |
| 10 | | exclusive bargaining representative of the school district's |
| 11 | | teachers within 7 days after issuing the evaluations.
